One of my favorite subjects are the natural forms found in nature. Sometimes I like to do abstract work. This one is on large watercolor paper. I'm hoping to get back to this large, sometimes messy format soon. Oh for a real studio and not just half the living room and kitchen table! This piece is a combo of charcoal, pastel and gesso.

Hello Everyone!

Winter has been busy what with working as a library temp and taking care of family members. But now, back to painting and just in time for the end of winter! So I have to hurry and play catch up.

One of my favorite walks is out by the Holyoke reservoir and I can't get enough of the views. So here is another painting.
